Ellen Gallin Procida brings thirty years of labor relations experience to her neutral practice.
She is a member of the American Arbitration Association and the Scheinman Roster of Neutrals at Cornell University's ILR School.
Ms. Gallin Procida holds extensive experience in the areas of education (K–12 and Higher Education), transportation, healthcare, public employees, non-profit organizations, and other industries.
She is also the Director of Labor Management Relations Programs at the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution at the ILR School at Cornell University, where she develops and oversees educational programs for labor and management professionals.
Lead Instructor for the Labor Arbitrator Development Program, training the next generation of arbitrators in best practices and ethical standards.
Previously served as Director of Arbitration and Grievance Department, Negotiating Team, and Special Representative roles.
